14-day cancellation right
As a consumer, you are entitled to notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to return individual products or your entire order. Only products which can be sold again can be fully reimbursed.

Products damaged in transport
If you notice that a product was damaged in transport after you receive your order, please contact our customer service.

Reimbursements
Product returns will be reimbursed using the original payment method of the order. The reimbursement will be paid within 14 days of registering the return as received.

We will notify you by email of product returns we have received. If you have not received a confirmation within 14 days of sending the return, please contact our customer service.
